1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, we offer refunds under limited circumstances. Refunds will only be issued in accordance with the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund under the following circumstances:

Before Work Begins:
If you request a cancellation before any work has started, you will receive a full refund. -
Within the First Phase:
If the project is cancelled within the initial design phase, and no final designs have been delivered, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the amount of work completed. -
Missed Deadlines (Without Communication):
If we fail to deliver the project within the agreed timeframe without reasonable communication or cause, a partial or full refund may be considered.​
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

After the final design has been approved or delivered.

If you fail to communicate required content, feedback, or approvals, causing delays.

If the project is cancelled due to client inactivity or change of mind.

For dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after design approval.​​
4. Revision and Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim to ensure you are satisfied with your website design. We offer a reasonable number of design revisions (as stated in your project agreement). If you're still unhappy after all revisions, we will make every effort to resolve your concerns before considering a refund.
